This warranty offered by FlexiSpot covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing FlexiSpot products from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

What is Covered?

The FlexiSpot limited warranty covers our products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

Height Adjustable Desk Frames

All FlexiSpot height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year warranty for the frame, and a 2-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

All All Deskey height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty for the frame, motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

Standing Desk Converters

All standing desk converters purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the frame, desktop and mechanisms.

Desk Bikes

All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty for the frame, and a 1-year warranty for the electronics.

Office Chairs

All office chairs purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year service and 2-year parts warranty for ErgoChair series and 1-year parts and service warranty for PrimaChair and TaskChair series.

Accessories

All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms. All other accessories including cushions, mats, cabinets, cable management and others include a 1-year warranty.

Tabletops

All tabletops purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty.

SHIPPING

We ship throughout Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The processing time for orders is the same day as you order, except Sundays and holidays. After that, estimated delivery time within Metro Manila is 1-3 working days, Luzon (Outside Metro Manila) is 3-10 working days and 1-4 weeks for Visayas and Mindanao. Please keep in mind that these times are only estimates and when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, this time may vary. Great ergonomic accessory for any desk. I love FlexiSpot products. They are easy to assemble and so helpful for those of us who work behind a desk all day. I love the size of this adjustable desk top. It allows for plenty of room since I have a monitor, laptop, keyboard and ergonomic mouse.

You won’t regret it! I have been looking at stand up desks for a long time. I never wanted to spend the money on it, but After tons of research and pricing I took the plug. It’s very sturdy and solid. Not to mention very easy to assemble. The deliver was exceptionally fast, received it way earlier the expected! Very easy to operate. Works smooth to pull up or down. Sturdy enough not to shake the computer monitors when typing vigorously. As well as wide enough for paperwork and large keyboards. I am 5’4 and the stand could go much further. Highly recommend this product, stop searching and invest in it 🙂

Really impressed!SO impressed with the quality of this desk! Assembly is super simple, I was able to do it myself without my husband’s help in less than 5 minutes. Raises up and down easily and the quality is super sturdy and well manufactured. So happy!

Flexispot is more than just a furniture. Flexispot is a freaking lifestyle.

I tried putting this in the mobile laptop desk with a Gas Arm & Laptop Holder, muntik mag Voltes 5 pare sobrang swak. Ang ganda tignan. I’ve purchased a lot of Flexispot’s products already for past few months and all of them are top-notch, has this solid-feel and are very durable. Grabe!

Extremely easy to use. I was tired of always having to do school work sitting down after long hours at school. The average person sits down for about 14 hours a day and I was feeling it on my back. So I bought this product, its pretty cheap for how much desk risers usually are, and I’ve had it for about a day and its a life saver. My Only complaint is that assembling it was a bit confusing at times, but that might just be me. The size of it is great its a good alternative to just buying a standing desk. Shipping: The package arrived 1 day early in good condition, well packed and maganda ang box.
First impression: Ang lapad! I wasnt able to consider that the part for the keyboard takes additional space, pero pwede naman tanggalin, so overall ok naman, very sturdy, mabigat kaya hindi umuuga pag pinatong mo na sa mesa. Gusto ko talaga yung mesa mismo na automatic, pero masyadong mahal para sa aking budget kaya pasok na pasok talaga ito, plus pwede mong dalhin sa office
