Where is your company located?
FlexiSpot corporate headquarters is located in Livermore, CA 94551. We have two warehouses, one in California and another one in Tennessee. Philippine office is located at Legaspi Village, Makati City, Metro Manila
Where are your products manufactured?
Our factory is currently in Ningbo, China. We plan to move our factory to Taiwan to meet TAA compliance standards.
What are your hours of operation?

Is FlexiSpot easy to set up?
Yes, our desk risers arrive almost fully assembled. You simply attach the keyboard tray to the desk riser in one quick step and it is ready to use. Some of our other products require minor assembly so you’re up and working in just minutes.
We do recommend that you have someone help you lift your FlexiSpot onto your existing desktop. Once it’s on your desk, just attach the keyboard tray and you’re ready to work.
How much weight can my FlexiSpot hold?
Please check the technical specifications section of the specific FlexiSpot product you’re interested in for exact weight limits. In general, most of our average size desk riser models have a recommended weight limit of 35 lbs or 15.8 kg. Our electric/manual height-adjustable desks usually have a weight limit of 220 lbs or 100 kg.
Does FlexiSpot work for people who are taller than 6’2”?
Our FlexiSpot desk riser models suit almost anyone, at any height. As long as your current desk sits at your personal height, a FlexiSpot desk riser on top will turn it into a sit-stand desk that fits you. Please note that different desk riser series have different height recommendations. For example, the ClassicRiser series is recommended for people who are no taller than 6’5”.The CompactRiser series is recommended for people who are no taller than 6’1”. Will it be hard to raise my FlexiSpot with all my equipment on top?
No, our manual sit-stand solutions include a gas spring hovering system mechanism that manages weight and allows you to easily lift and lower it in just a few seconds. Our electric models have a powerful but quiet motor for smooth raising and lowering. The only thing you’ll have to think about is not exceeding the weight capacity of your model.
Can my FlexiSpot handle more than one monitor?
Absolutely, as long as you choose the right size desk riser for your monitor setup. Many of our models are designed to fit two 24” monitors. To accommodate larger monitors, we suggest a 47″ or 41”(corner) model. You should also consider one of our single or dual-monitor arms to keep your screens in the most ergonomic position while also freeing up desk space. Please note the 27” model from the CompactRiser series can only accommodate single-monitor setups.
Are there any surfaces I should avoid placing my Flexispot on?
Yes, we recommend that you avoid placing your desk riser on glass surfaces, as the thickness and weight capacity of glass tops can vary. Otherwise, as long as you aren’t exceeding the weight limit, you should be good.
Is this a secure website?
Flexispot.com is an SSL-certified website that provides an encrypted connection for sensitive data sent to and from the website such as your credit card number, name, address and other private information. You can shop with confidence knowing our site’s security is independently verified by SiteLock and Entrust whose seals of approval are displayed on our website.
Can I finance my purchase?
Yes, at checkout, you have the option to pay using PayPal, which allows easy monthly payments over 3, 6, or 12 months.
How do I return my order?
Please email us via firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (02) 701-4583 about your return request. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Returns are processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt.
Returned Items: A 30-day, risk-free policy applies to all items.
All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in “like new” condition. Items returned in other than “like new” condition may be subject to additional restocking fees. Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing credit.
All returned items must be unassembled and repackaged in the manner they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional restocking fees.
Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping on items returned after the 30-day, money-back guarantee expires. Please let us know the tracking number of the shipment. If we offer a prepaid shipping label to you, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If, however, your product arrived with defects or the wrong product was delivered, FlexiSpot will cover all return shipping fees.
After I submit my order, how soon will I receive the product?
If the item you order is in stock, shipping usually takes 3-6 days within Luzon and 1-2 weeks for Visayas and Mindanao. If the item is backordered, it will ship as soon as it is restocked according to the shipping schedule previously mentioned.
How come this website won’t accept my credit card?
In the event your credit card is declined, a notice will appear on the screen indicating the reason the payment was rejected.
Will I receive a bill in the mail?
No, you will receive a copy of your order via email.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com or call us at (02) 701-4583 (9am-5pm PST, M-F) within 1 hour of placing the order. We will issue a full refund if the order is canceled and the product has not yet shipped. If one hour has passed, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery, it can not be canceled then and will go to RMA process, we will charge shipping fee from the refund. And if you reject the delivery, we have to charge fees for shipping and returning.
How can I track the status of my order?
A confirmation of your order, which contains a shipment tracking number, will be emailed to you the day the product ships.

Warranty & Service
What is covered?
This limited warranty offered by FlexiSpot covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing FlexiSpot products from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

Yes, you can download the Assembly Instructions and Owner’s Manual from our website on each product page.
How long is the warranty?
The FlexiSpot limited warranty covers our products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
1. FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Desk Frames
All height-adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty for the frame and a 3-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.
2. FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desktop Workstations
All standing desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the frame, medium-fiber desktop and mechanisms.
3. Desk Bikes
All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the frame and a 1-year warranty for the electronics.
All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms.
What are your remedies?
FlexiSpot will replace at no charge to the consumer the defective parts only or, at FlexiSpot’s option, replace any product or part of the product that is defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. If FlexiSpot is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be completed in a timely fashion, FlexiSpot may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
In the rare event that your FlexiSpot product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item shipped at no cost to you.
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser. FlexiSpot neither assumes nor authorizes any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this product.
What is not covered?
Our limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
2. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
3. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by FlexiSpot.
4. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product’s intended use.
Our limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).
How to file a claim?
In order to receive the benefit of our limited warranty, you need to process your claim in compliance with the terms of this limited warranty and follow proper return procedure. To request warranty service, please contact customer service via email at email@example.com or at (02) 701-4583 (9am-5pm PST, M-F). Our customer service will reply to your email within 24 working hours. You will need to provide the following for filing a claim:
- Sales Receipt with Original Purchaser’s Name, Address, Date of Purchase, Name of Authorized Retailer or Reseller (Note that the warranty extends to the Original Purchaser only.)
- Reason for Filing a Claim
- Video or Picture of the Defect
